For SwimLabs to maximize your learning, we conduct an initial
stroke analysis. We will use detailed video analysis with
multiple camera angles, both on the surface and underwater.
Our software allows frame by frame analysis to completely
analyze the mechanics of your stroke to ensure improvement.
This aids us and the student in assessing needs and evaluating
improvement.
Dartfish
software is used by the US Olympic Training Center. A copy
of this analysis will be available for the student,
copied to a CD for an
additional $10.00

The SwimLabs Philosophy
SwimLabs will teach its students in the friendly, controlled
environment of the Endless pool. In this environment
and with our special theory of teaching, SwimLabs can teach
a student to swim in less time. The number one ingredient
in the SwimLabs program is the ability to show via mirror
and video monitor what the student is doing wrong. With
this instant feedback and SwimLabs teaching methodology
our students will learn to swim faster...faster
Testimonials
"Swimlabs offers a unique environment for instruction
in stroke technique. The combination of the underwater
mirrors and high-resloution video provides immediate
feedback, and I was able to make stroke improvements
rapidly. The staff at Swimlabs are superb! After several
years of stagnating swimming times, Swimlabs helped me
correct some flaws, and after just a few sessions, I
recorded my best ever time as a masters swimmer! I highly
recommend swim labs for swimmers at levels. " -

Hello,
I had taken 3 or 4 sessions from you over the course of the last 10
months or so. I did not have a competitive swimming background at all,
and had not swam laps prior to december, 2006. I just completed the
Silverman full distance triathlon on Sunday, with a swim time of 1:21.
I was very pleased with the time, and thank you guys for helping me to
learn the right techniques, so that I didn't come out of the water
spent, but was able to enjoy that part of the event much more than I
would have thought. I had a half iron distance swim time of :33 in
September, for which I was also very happy. Swimming may not be my
strength, but I now also don't consider it a weakness.
Thank you,
Louis Shuba
“
Swim efficiency is most important in swimming. The solution?
Get consistent stroke feedback. This is the only way to find
and maintain a good stroke. Going by feel doesn’t
cut it in the pool.”
Triathlete Magazine, May 2006.
“I’ve had 4 sessions in the endless pool and
every time they’ve taken video and showed me exactly
what I was doing wrong. I could see it and fix it. I’m
getting better and my times are coming down.”
Ellen, 14-year old competitive swimmer.
“Because the student swims in place against an adjustable
current, it is easy for a coach to improve stroke mechanics.
The current accentuates the advantages of good technique,
and the underwater swim mirror provides instant feedback
on your stroke technique and body rotation. It’s a
lot of fun.”
Rowdy Gaines, Olympic Gold Medalist.
