ADULT LEARN TO SWIM GROUPS
This class is designed for adult beginner swimmers who have little to no swimming experience, or have a fear of the water. Skills covered in this class include: fundamentals of swimming and water safety such as:front and back floating, and beginning arm and kicking movements for freestyle.
The skills accomplished in the class include:
- Comfort putting face in water for 5-10 seconds
- Ability to float on front and back safely for extended periods of time
- Stroke knowledge and strength to help you escape potentially dangerous situations (fast flowing rivers, riptide, etc.)
