Heather Haugen, Owner

As a SwimLabs owner, I am really proud of how our team makes learning to swim fun and safe. Watching our young kids, competitive kids, and adults learn to swim is amazing. My focus is always on giving our clients a first class experience, creating a great workplace for our employees and continuing improving our business to better serve kids and athletes. I am passionate about education, serving clients, and developing leaders in small businesses. I have two girls, Alexandra (12) and Audrey (9) who both swim at SwimLabs!

I currently lead the Information Systems team at a company called Community Development Institute. I am passionate about technology, customer support, and working with small businesses. I spend my spare time playing hockey and hanging out with our two girls, Alexandra and Audrey.

We recently had a baby girl, Emerson! Our family also enjoys hiking and canoeing.
