At SwimLabs Columbus (Sawmill South), our swim team prep program is called TeamPrep. TeamPrep intensely focuses on all four strokes for swimmers lookingf to compete on a swim team. Our swim team prep classes are split to focus on stroke technique for two swim strokes at a time: freestyle technique and backstroke technique or breaststroke technique and butterfly technique. This program is specifically focused on swimming technique and each session typically consists of four consecutive days of classes that include video analysis. Classes are 45-minutes long with 3 swimmers to 1 instructor. Swimmers must be 7 to 12 years old, and must know all the strokes proficiently as we are focused on swim stroke technique versus swim stroke basics. This is a great program for any swimmer looking to refine their stroke technique before the start of the swim team training season. Swim smarter and you’ll swim faster!
