Yes! We teach children learning to swim, in our warm water, inground pool. Occasionally we may also use our endless pools to fine tune technique or for a more secluded environment with less distraction, allowing the child to focus.
Our endless pools are most often used for competitive swimmers and triathletes. Being in the SwimLabs pool with our video analysis technology provides our coaches a 360° view of each swimmer's stroke, including an underwater angle. Like a treadmill for a runner, our pools have a current that allows the swimmers to swim in place, enhancing the effectiveness of the videos captured.
Auto-Payment reserves your swimmer's spot in the same group (same day and time) or private lesson time-slot every week ongoing.
Recurring payments will be charged on the first business day of each month and the initial payment will be due upon registration and if needed, will be prorated to the first of the month. Each month you will be charged for the number of lessons based on the number of weeks for that month. For example, if there are 5 weeks in a month and you have 5 lessons for that month, you will be charged for all 5 lessons. If there is a holiday on one of your lesson days, you will not be charged for that lesson day.
There is a two-month minimum commitment. If you withdraw from Auto-Payment prior to the end of the two-month minimum, you will be charged in full for the second month.
If you need to withdrawl from Auto-Payment, you must send an email by the 15th of the month prior to avoid being charged for the following month. There are no exceptions.
If you need to suspend from Auto-Payment, you must fill out a suspension form at the front desk. Swimmer's lessons can only be suspended for 2 months and SwimLabs will charge a holding fee of $10 per month that will then be reapplied to your account when you continue.
Clients who are on suspension and choose to discontinue lessons permanently will need to fill out a withdrawal form by the 15th of the month prior and will not be reimbursed for the holding fee. SwimLabs does not provide refunds for withdrawals during the current month or for forms turned in late.
*Phone calls or leaving a voicemail message does not constitute a written notice for withdrawals or suspensions.
We require 48-hour notice for Private Lesson cancellations and rescheduling. If you call to cancel or reschedule within this window, you will be charged a $25 late cancel/reschedule fee. Any lessons late cancelled with an elite coach will be charged a $40 late cancel/reschedule fee.
If you are on Auto-Pay for Private ofr Group Lessons, you must notify us by the 15th of the month prior to stopping lessons.
Group Lessons are created around the level of your swimmer and SwimLabs places your swimmer in a group. The 4-Person Private Lessons are structured so that you can create your own “group” and you are responsible for providing all 4 swimmers.
We hate to see you go! To withdraw a student from lessons under any program after the student has begun taking lessons within that program, log in to your account via the customer portal on our website and complete the withdrawal option for your student. In order to avoid being charged for the next month of lessons, you must withdraw your student on or before the 15th day of the month. If you submit a withdrawal form after you already have been billed the tuition for the next month of lessons, you may receive a partial refund. Drops submitted between the 25th and the end of the month will result in a 50% refund and between the 1st and 7th of the following month will result in a refund of 25% of tuition. After the 7th, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
