At SwimLabs, we provide a fun, innovative way for kids to learn how to swim correctly, safely, and efficiently. With mirrors on the bottom of the pool, swimmers can instantly see how they are moving through the water. This instant feedback is combined with the guidance of our highly trained instructors who provide personalized swimming lessons for children of all ages.
When your kiddo enrolls in our child swimming lessons, they benefit from innovative teaching technologies and a proven curriculum that prioritizes confidence and water safety. Our small, warm water pools help kids discover confidence while enjoying the water without the fear and distractions that can come with large, overcrowded swim classes. This environment is also perfect for competitive swimmers who need to focus on their stroke technique and race times. We offer flexible scheduling, so your young swimmer can learn how to be a safer, stronger swimmer at any time during the year.
Our highly trained instructors believe learning to swim and becoming a better swimmer should be fun, not intimidating. Our swim lessons for kids are tailored to each student's needs, whether they want to develop basic water safety skills, compete at an elite level, or something in between. You even get to see your child's real-time progress on our video screen.
Swimming is more than great exercise — it’s fun, empowering, and helps your child develop an important life skill.
Knowing how to swim significantly reduces the risk of drowning, which is the leading cause of accidental death for children under the age of 4. Swimming also opens up a lifetime of memory-making opportunities, whether it's family fun at the beach or a backyard pool party with friends.

At SwimLabs, we know kids learn best by seeing, and that's exactly how we teach them to swim. Using instant video feedback, mirrors on the bottom of the pool, and other innovative technologies, we help young swimmers learn and apply the best swimming techniques, so they can quickly gain the skills they need to be safer in the water.
Using the same technology Olympic swimmers use to train, our knowledgeable instructors teach kids of all ages the correct way to perform the four swimming strokes. This approach creates a strong foundation that your child can continue to improve upon as they grow.
In addition to group instruction with no more than 4 students per class, we offer private and semi-private lessons for children. Private and semi-private swimming lessons are designed to advance your kiddo (and up to one other swimmer) through our progressive curriculum at an accelerated rate, based on their individual abilities. Using tools, videos, mirrors and swimming aids, we create the ideal personalized learning environment that emphasizes skill retention and having fun.
We offer two programs for kiddos under the age of 3, ParentTot and Toddler Transition. These group classes are designed for parents and infants or toddlers to work together to develop the foundational skills crucial for learning to swim and promoting safety in the water. We start lessons as early as 6-months-old and will work with you and your little one to learn skills such as being comfortable in the water, breath control, floating and kicking. All of these skills will help your child begin building confidence in the water and the foundational skills needed for swimming.
SwimLabs is a highly successful way for adults to learn to swim correctly and safely. We offer both private and group lessons for adults looking to learn how to swim and private lessons for adults looking to improve their stroke. Whether you are excited about overcoming a fear of the water or looking to refine your technique, we will design a program that helps you reach your goals.
