You might not notice the unassuming storefront nestled next to Petsmart, you might look at the 'Swimlabs' sign and wonder how something related to swimming could be in the deceptively narrow space. I'm here to tell you that this place is simply outstanding at what they do: teaching swimming at all levels.
At SwimLabs, we offer three types of lessons for swimmers with special needs: Learn to Swim Group Lessons, Learn to Swim Private Lessons, and Therapy Private Lessons.
It’s the beginning of high school swim season and local teams hurry to schedule their Team Nights at SwimLabs Highlands Ranch.
“As a high school coach, I see a great value in the SwimLabs Team Night,” says Jenny Leddick, assistant Girls’ Swim coach at Rock Canyon High School. “The girls who go to our Team Nights have ‘Aha moments’ when they see a change that needs to happen in their stroke. With 80+ girls on our team I can’t always take the time to perfect each swimmer’s stroke, but when they come back from SwimLabs and tell me what they need to work on, it’s much easier for me to address it in practice.”
We ask Mary Carey how she prepared for her 3-day ultra-endurance event in the Ultra 520k in what was recently held in Canada. Mary Carey is a USA Triathlon Certified Coach at In Transition Coaching Services, LLC and a Level 2 Instructor at SwimLabs, Highlands Ranch. Laura Dravenstott is a Level 2 Instructor at SwimLabs, Highlands Ranch.
